What is Unterwelt?
Unterwelt is not a traditional Halloween haunted attraction with mazes and scare actors. It is a darkwave festival followed by a club night, moving between darkwave, EBM, minimal synth and post-punk.
Unterwelt Berlin 2026 line-up
Artists announced for the live program include NNHMN, Absolute Body Control, Die Tödin, Echoberyl, Damage Code, Organisation, Metallic Lover & Claudia Kane, Mono/XYD, XTR Human, Suzy Sabotage and Larsovitch. Event pages describe 15 festival shows and 17 acts across the wider program.
From midnight the focus moves to the Klub Nacht, with names including Lecomte de Brégeot, Mercúrio Gótico, Nightcrawler, Lavion and Hanzel. Festival line-ups can change, so check the latest running order before travelling.
Halloween without a horror maze
Unterwelt deliberately takes place on Halloween and presents itself as a darker alternative to a standard Halloween party. A dedicated scare-actor or maze concept has not been announced. For a more theatrical horror experience, see The Abandoned Factory.
Dress code & costumes
Gothic, darkwave and Halloween aesthetics clearly fit the event, but we could not find a mandatory costume rule in the currently published information.
Is Unterwelt 2026 a new festival?
The event is promoted as a new festival. That means there is not yet a meaningful body of visitor reviews specifically for Unterwelt Berlin. Venue reviews or ratings for individual artists would not be a fair substitute, so we do not present a misleading star score.
Tickets: Eventim or festival presale?
The first early-bird phases have already sold out. The venue’s own shop currently lists festival plus Klub Nacht access for less than Eventim, while Eventim currently lists €69.82. Compare price, fees and ticket scope before buying. Our button links to Eventim and is an affiliate link.
