What can you expect at The Abandoned Factory?
The location is a major part of the appeal: the party uses the vaults and halls of an old brewery. The organisers advertise several horror settings, mysterious corridors, fog and forgotten characters encountered throughout the venue. At the same time, it remains a club night, with bass, lighting and dance floors at the heart of the concept.
Scare actors or just Halloween decoration?
Official descriptions explicitly mention characters or creatures encountered inside the horror settings, so this goes beyond simple Halloween decoration. A traditional fixed-route horror maze has not been announced for 2026, however. If you want dedicated mazes and a larger scare-actor event, the Horrornächte Babelsberg offer a different format.
Music: horror party rather than haunted house
The announced music includes house, pop, hip-hop and techno. That makes the event a hybrid of Halloween experience and club night: the horror scenery creates the atmosphere, while the main activity is still partying and dancing.
Costumes & dress code
Costumes are clearly part of the advertised atmosphere, but we could not find a mandatory costume rule in the currently published 2026 information. Dressing up fits the concept perfectly, but should not be presented as compulsory.
The Abandoned Factory reviews: has the party happened before?
Yes. The Abandoned Factory is not a 2026 premiere. Several nights at the same venue are documented for 2025, with factory halls, vaults, horror atmosphere and music from house to techno. We did not find a reliable collection of reviews specifically for this event, so we do not present a misleading star rating.
Who is The Abandoned Factory for?
This event is particularly interesting if a normal Halloween club night does not offer enough horror, but you still want to dance and party. The old brewery and horror settings make it much closer to an immersive Halloween experience than a simple costume party. It should not, however, be confused with a classic multi-maze haunted attraction.
Important: differing address details & current visuals
There is currently a small discrepancy in the published address: Berlin.de and visitBerlin list Greifswalder Straße 23A, while the current Eventbrite page for Part 2 lists Greifswalder Straße 25. The two locations are immediately adjacent, but it is still worth checking the address in your ticket confirmation before travelling.
Eventbrite also lists Part 2 as running from 10 pm to 6 am, an eight-hour event. The current Eventbrite page also shows the official 2026 event image.
